Chewy Cake

1 box brown sugar
2 sticks butter

Melt in top of double boiler.

Take off heat and add the following:
2 c. flour
3 eggs
2 t. baking powder
1 t. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. coconut

Mix by hand.
Spread in a 9x13 pan.  Bake at 350 degree oven for 30 to 35 minutes.
